Roaming Candid Coverage:

We capture your event using a camera and camera mounted flash system. We will take posed photos of people in small groups, capture details (food and decor), overall photos of the venue, and photograph any speakers, presentations, or other events happening during the night. This service is charged as the Photographer Hourly Rate.

Large Group Portraits:

PWP Studio can handle large groups up to 1000 people. Additional assistants, equipment, and lighting may be required depending on the size of the group and location available. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your specific event.

Formal Portraits:

Photographer captures individuals, couples, or small groups in a designated area using studio lights and a background provided by the venue, the client, or the photographer. This 'station' remains in one place during the event allowing guests to have portraits made during any part of the event. This service requires a single fee per station (fee covers required set-up and breakdown of studio station before and after event) plus the Photographer Hourly Rate.

Online Posting:

Unless requested otherwise, all images will be posted online in a shopping cart enabled gallery accessible by all guests. Guests may order individual prints directly from the site.

Prints:

PWP Studio offers many options for print fulfillment. We can provide prints in any size to guests individually via the website shopping cart, or we can provide sizes from 4x6' to 8x10' as gifts from your organization to your guests. Gift prints are presented in folios with event title and date embossed on each folio and may be provided to the organization for distribution, or can be mailed directly from PWP Studio to guests.

On-site Printing:

Your organization may choose to have Formal Portrait prints provided for guests as they leave the event. PWP Studio normally provides 5x7' or 8x10' print sizes onsite in accompanying folio with event title and date embossed on each folio. This service requires a 'per print' fee and minimum quantities.

Photo Booth:

PWP Studio can provide photo booth services for your guests through our vendor partner network. We will be happy to provide a custom quote for you based on the specific requirements of your event.

Images on DVD:

Depending on how your organization would like to use the images from the event, all images from the event can be provided on DVD for print, web, or other uses.

Photographer Hourly Rate

Sunday to Thursday: $200/hour per photographer with a two hour minimum.
Friday and Saturday: $225/hour per photographer with a three hour minimum.

Formal Portraits

A flat $250 set-up fee per station. This fee may be waived based on print sale quantities.

Online Proofing:

Included at no charge in all event photography contracts.

Images on DVD and Licensing

All files taken at event in high resolution (print) and low resolution (web and email) with open licensing are included in the Photographer Hourly Rate.
Open Licensing applies only to the contracted organization. Additional fees will apply for the sale of prints, usage, or licensing of images to any third party.
PWP Studio does retain ownership of the images unless requested by the client. Hourly photography rates will increase if client requests ownership of files.
